Things that annoy you beyond reason...? [Vol 3]
Discussion
This from Amazon - As you have recently shown an interest in men's nightwear, we thought you might like to see the latest styles in pyjames, onesies and robes, all with free delivery and returns.
What? I have NOT shown an interest in any or all of the aforementioned products. How dare you!

Might be a bit of a controversial one this but.....
I'm seeing more and more shrines to lost loved ones at the sides of roads
Now while I do realise that someone has lost their life in a tragic way, surely the reason we have cemeteries is so that we can remember these people with a Grave or plaque where one can lay flowers.
Some of theses roadside shrines have so much stuff around them that they may actually cause another accident as drivers become distracted looking at them while driving past?
Yesterday an oncoming car strayed into my lane as they became distracted!
I can understand it up until the point of the funeral, but once the funeral has taken place surely these should be removed?

People (usually with a big queue behind them) who get just in through a train door, then stop and look confused about where they are. While everyone behind them is stuck on the platform waiting for them to wake up.

I'm watching Wheeler Dealers, the episode with the Willys Jeep. There's a circular yellow plate on the front grille with a "C" and a number. This number keeps switching between "02" and "42" in what I can only presume is either a confounding continuity cock-up or just an annoying wind up.
It was the licence plate system back then - "02" is early 1942, and "42" is from August onwards....School holiday traffic moving at rush hour.
I live in York and work in Malton, which, for those who don't know this area, is half way between York and the east coast (Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington etc). My normal commute takes 26 minutes.
During the school holidays everyone seems to try and come home from the coast at rush hour. I left Malton at 1750 and queued most of the way home, a 26 minute journey took 50 minutes.
Why do they travel at rush hour? Why not either leave mid afternoon and not queue, or make a day of it, have some fish and chips and leave in the evening?
