People who own a mobile phone but turn it off other than when they need to use it for an outgoing call. Seriously, whats the point in having it?
There are a lot of people (mostly women) who find that, on average, incoming phone call means there's a problem the recipient has to deal with. Phone switched off means no problems.red_slr said:

If you weren't inundated with annoying PPI, Ambulance chasers calls constantly then more people would leave them on all the times.Couple of things about the gym/leisure centre I go to:
1. Parking - Car park gets full pretty easily. There's a Morrisons car park across the road that I sometimes use if the gym car park is full, yet not everyone has the same common sense. I watch people from the cross trainer doing circles round the car park waiting for a space to be free
2. Smoking before or after going to the gym? What's the fking point in that?

Mine's usually off. It's there in the car in case I need to call the RAC or something like that. I can't be doing with this whole "available any time" thing.colonel c said:
SKY do not help either. Why could they not put BBC 1 HD and SD next to each other on the EPG.
And the same for Freeview - why can't all the "+1" channels be a channel up from their real-time versions, with a special exception for 5+24 of course, or just have a button on the remote for "+1" to automatically switch. I can re-order the way the channels appear on my box, but it takes ages to do and any time I do a channel re-scan it forgets the edited order.Ste1987 said:

Not you personally, as I don't know how far you live from it, but I know far too many people in our town who drive to the gym, despite it being no more than a mile away from almost any point in town.
Surely walk, run or cycle there if you are keen on getting exercise, especially in the summer? Or are you just going there to pose and not achieve much...?

If I want to respond to a call or text message I'll do it at my own convenience.
