I don't disagree with any of that. None of it goes any way to suggest a supernatural god, however.
No it doesn't but the first organism on earth could have been the creation of an advanced being, so creation and then evolution.
Nothing suggests this advanced being has to exist within boundaries defined by the limits of our understanding.

Closed minds work both ways it is it like 'racism' where it's a one way street?

There is no set path of evolution. Evolution has no goal it merely responds.

Quote possibly, but it seems a bit daft to launch into the supernatural before exhausting natural origins. Males no sense at all.

Did I say it was set? A journey, a path, made of brick or mud, straight, windy, up hill, down dale, it could go anywhere; it could stop. Whatever it does, we are on it.

There is no such thing as evolution,. Merely species Chuck Norris has allowed to live.

We are now capable of creating 'life' from elements, compounds, matter.
Do you think the eventual descendents of the first organisms that we use to kickstart Mars will think that their own existence is owed to a scientist in Scotland mixing some chemicals instead of a chance occurence?

Just can't argue with Chuck Norris. I think even the Antarctican penguin has to concede defeat when Chuck requires.

Because there is evidence that they existed, so why are you ashamed of you're religion?

Don't overlook the whole Scottish independence aspect.
If God created the world, he also created Alex Salmon.
Makes you think eh?
Perhaps He has a sense of humour??

There is evidence that Jimmy Savile existed, does that mean you like him too?
Why would I be ashamed of my own religion?

I'm genuinely not sure of your angle here. I wasn't aware we could create life, do you have a link to that?

If we did seed another planet, it matters not what they think. What does matter is that we would not be gods, and certainly not personal gods. The question of creation would still be as valid. What made the critters that made us? What made the critters that made the critters that made us, and so on...

I see no reason why you should consider us the most complex. I see no reason why something more complex does not exist. I see no reason why that thing needs to be a supernatural being.
Scott Alexander?
