I took £200 out of the cash machine and it dispensed in tenners, my first thought was fk, they take up too much room in my wallet.

I bloody hate it when you get fivers out of the cash machine. Pain in the arse.

You just know you shouldn't be where you are smile
We have the opposite here in Dubai - ATMs only giving out AED 500 notes (£100 near as damn it) when you're just about to get a taxi. No one accepts them as they never carry enough change.
The biggest we get here is 1000INR. A tenner. And every shop, restaurant or bar still complains about changing them.

Moving to a more secluded house and due to it's 'seclusion' the internet provider can only offer me a mere 3 mbps instead of our current fibre speed of 40.8 mbps.

Woe is me.

I'm racing at rockingham next weekend and was looking forward to a pleasant 1000 mile round trip in the Lotus but can't fit all my race gear in it so going to have to take the Audi....

Could have gone from £9.99 to £10.00.

My Butler just blew his brains out in the staff wing of Chateau Guindilias, using one of MY Purdeys.
Who the hell is going to clean THAT mess up? That Phillipino girl I imported as a cleaner refuses to touch it.
I'm going to have to have the place demolished, and build a whole new wing, possibly rebuild the whole place - and where does one get a Butler at this short notice?
Come to think of it, my Valet has gone missing since yesterday as well - how do I put socks on, by myself? Any tips?

My 'Keeper of the socks' would go spare if he saw my Valet anywhere near them.

My "Sock Manager" hands the socks to the (I now presume former) Valet each morning using platinum tongs - the Valet is not permitted to enter the sock vault.

Can things get any worse? The police say my Valet has been found dead, in one of my Royce Phantom IVs. Shot himself with the other Purdey, they were a matched pair. Now the police are taking both guns away for testing, which is bound to ruin the stocks.
If that little Egyption cock still owned Harrods, things would be VERY different.
Now I beed a Valet, a Butler, a Cleaner, a Phantom IV, a pair of vintage Purdeys, and a new house.
I simply CANNOT live here any more.

I may sell up and move into a council flat.

END.

I ended up getting some new Harrows darts and replacing my Winmau Blade 4 dartboard with a Winmau dual core Blade 4

I haven't had any bounce outs yet, a common occurrence with the (2year) old Blade 4, especially with my lighter 23g darts.

Not sure if it's psychological but the wires seem thinner too (the old Blade 4 claimed to have thinner wires anyway), so I don't seem to be hitting the wire as much on the doubles

ETA: the Blade 4 is an excellent board which is why I didn't switch to some other brand like Unicorn or Nordor
