I came in here to post something, then read that and realised how council and non-first-world my problems actually are.

Congrats Phib.

That's genuine, in case it doesn't seem it, you've obviously done something very right along the way.
it is of course possible than he hasn't and was just born right.... but yes it is i think more probable that he's assisted the situation himself!

My office A/C has 2 settings; low and high.
Today high made me too cold, low, not cold enough; thus today I had to get up every 30 mins, walk 10 paces and change the setting all because the idiots that specified it didn't choose a more expensive system.
What is my life coming to.........

Well started with nothing, didn't do well at school and still not very bright but just worked hard. I had 5 years of company Vauxhall cavaliers and the first ones weren't even an 'L' ( this will mean something to the 40 somethings !!)

In all honesty I am not sure that all the stress, work and impact on health / life is worth it for for material possessions.

However that's very easy to say if you have had them !

This being Pistonheads however and the first world problem thread ( not mums net !!) I didn't take either Ferrari because they were both in the garage with the Landrover in front of them so I took my new acquisition, an Elise s2 which is actually far more fun on the average uk road !

All large plain glasses in the dishwasher. Obliged to drink Kronenbourg from a Carlsberg glass.

It just doesn't taste right.

My cat Moglet has been through the long grass in next doors garden and got sticky-bobs all in his belly fur. Can't find anybody brave enough to pick them off.

I thought cats were supposed to be self-cleaning. I feel the pain though, I had to de-sead the dog at the weekend.

The air-con in my car is a bit too cold. Also the sunburn on my forehead has kindly brought to my attention my receding hairline frown

Our cats let you groom those out, as they know it needs doing.

Until they don't and rip your hand to shreds.

Yep, you can pop round & have a go if your feeling brave. My brothers wife called him 'Suarez'..... He's cute rolls round on the floor a lot and has a penchant for biting people!

LOL.!

Allow me to clarify - my dog got grass seeds in his fur and I had to remove them.

That is damned annoying. The same thing happened to my salt shaker.
