I can see why this is funny but I just cant stand them.
My neighbour, who is the gamekeeper for the estate I live on, has had all his vehicles vandalised (panels kicked in,windows smashed etc.) and his sons equipment for his tree surgery business stolen or destroyed. All this because the police caught them poaching on the estate and seized their dogs. All my neighbour had to do to 'deserve' this was phone the police to let them know poachers were trespassing on the owners land.
They operate on a different moral level to the majority of us. Pathetic...probably why the video is funny.
If you look at one of the 'fight' videos on the right, you see the old chap in the blue tshirt get a pretty decent pasting.

It seemed to me that several blows went in, and were allowed to go in, once the loser had totally dropped their guard. In particular towards the end of the clip there were several where the losers lights clearly go out before he's hit the floor but at once the victor leaps immediately upon the now defenceless loser to pound them in the face. Is this representative of the sport?
