one of the best adverts ever on British tv in my opinion. It takes a well known story, turns it on its head, which pokes fun slightly at our history, before going onto a classic ending joke.

Reading between the lines it seems she was travelling at super mega leptons, a car pulled out into her lane and she blames the other driver for going too slowly.
