Genuine question as a lot of those near misses he is very central in the road ( don't know if that's ok or not but I assume it isnt ready to be educated) however it also looks like a lot of nears misses he isnt just in the middle of a road there is a cycle track to the left and even on the pavement on a few places.

If there is a cycle track then I'll always be sure to use it but if not, you are better off - and safer - to use the carriageway like any other carriage on there. Never ever ride in the gutter as then you definitely have NOWHERE to go should someone come across you.
I'd agree, that there are a good few people out there now with helmet cam's looking for trouble and ready to post it straight to YouTube but, there is also quite a high percentage of road users that don't give cycles as much room as they should. We live in a society that thinks "well why don't they pay fecking road tax. Yada yada yada....."

Believe it or not, i was nearly taken out only last night after a chap pulled out from my left (him turning right) whilst staring at his mobile phone !

I belive it I used to ride motorbikes and peddle bikes ( always as far left as possible)

Not sure it's revenge for not paying tax I just think most people are crap drivers and un observant.

Watched it again and there is definitely IMO a few cycle tracks and he isn't in them.
