After the latest Jurassic Park trailer bringing up a lot of discussions about the rubbish CGI (I know its not the final product) i realised that i knew jack s

Very impressive! But I'm more impressed by the bits you don't notice, ie Lt Dan's legs in Forrest Gumpt about CGI so had a gander on youtube at various CGI/VFX break downs and it has blown my mind what is possible. Here's the breakdown for some of the scenes from Stalingrad

Fast forward to the 4 minute mark if that link doesn't go straight there and there's a clip of him jumping off the boat before the CGI was added (I think that bit is at 4:!7 but the 'after' shot comes first), apologies about the Russian!
