Club For Five : Brothers In Arms

Met them in London at their last gig, very down to earth and didn't mind meeting their fans at all whilst waiting for a pint.
These guys are cracking.

If you like this sort of thing also check out Pentatonix:

It's all pretty brilliant but the guitar solo at 4.15ish is one of the best bits of acapella/instrument imitating I've ever heard smile
I don't generally like acapella, so nearly didn't bother watching it.

But that was brilliant! clap

When seeing a description of "tattooed her own face" I wasn't expecting that.

Very interesting, as my son has burn scars, on his arm though, not his face.

Very interesting vid that... I showed it to the wife who has undergone years of laser surgery on her scars..... this could be quite (very) interesting! smile
My face was damaged going through a car windscreen when I was 14 years old, so not a burn.
I remember the teasing at school but I have to say, it was only one boy.
Only the one same kid every day.
It took me a while to deal with it.
Then when the plastic surgeon did his work, I was gutted when I came round.
He had told me he would be skin grafting but all he had done was to cur out the old scar and give me a new one.
In reality he had done a great job but it took me a while to realize it.

I remember once standing waiting at a cash machine while a young woman was using it and noticing how she was covering her face with her long hair. When I got a glimpse, I saw that she had a large burn mark.
I felt gutted for her but didn't speak for fear of scaring her.

At 16, I learned to accept my scars because of how well girls treated me at the local youth club. No running away, no nasty comments but a simple polite question and the occasional kiss on the cheek.

Good luck to your Wife. Its much tougher for a woman.

In terms of movement and dexterity these kind of things seem to have moved on a lot over the last 3-4 years, they just need to work on the grip strength as it seems they don't offer much in the way of grip to hold objects. Very impressive though.

I would proper give one of these guys "the flipper" handshake, wouldn't want to risk them turning my hand to dust.

biggrin I realised how it sounded as soon as I wrote it but thought... meh, there's no way I could think to word it that wouldn't sound that way.

Disappointing lack of tunnels frown Better described as "Young lad eventually stands on roof of a train for 30 seconds before getting off again"
