I wouldn't worry, there's a bunch of editing, and probably CGI in there too. I'm not even convinced that they are the same people, the last person loses a mole on their nose whilst reading.

Its a viral advert by a make-up company, the moles would have been covered up in the make-up process, the last boy is already going through 'reversal' process when the camera pans back to him.

Yep. Compare the before and after shots: look at the shape of the nostrils, the small bags under the eyes, the detail of the ears.

Something as simple as using a longer focal length lens can dramatically affect the proportions of a person's face and flatten their features in a photograph.
