That's bread and butter work for a watchmaker (not the Patek! 
). I quite like watching the videos of Roger Smith as he shows how he makes some components for his watches:

To be fair, there aren't many tracks where you can achieve 192mph in a road car. Probably not the best mitigation to offer the judge, though.10 years!!! rightly so in my opinion, keep those kinds of speeds for the track
