Man jailed after filming himself driving 192 mph

Why would you put something like that on youtube? Or did the police have his phone and have a little dig through his SD card?
If you can afford a car that will do that sort of speed, why wouldn't take to an Autobahn to film it?
And pleaded not guiltyt,
Now I'm getting into discussion rather than posting video again. If this bloke did, on more than one occaision film himself driving at way over the speed limit, then yes, a penalty is deserved. But from the clips I've seen it's just a speedo. He could be anywhere. Autobahn. Rolling road. How is it submissible as evidence ?

Have you actually watched it? They talk about the road name and there's signs everywhere!

I think because they kept lifting the camera up showing the road and road signs, and saying he was on the A45, apart from that he's fine!

If there's a date on the file and the police/phone records can show that the phone was never out of the UK (or at least not on those dates) that's oe way. Only has to be beyond reasonable doubt remember.

And the potential GPS logs, logs of automatic attempts to list or connect to various WiFi hotspots he passes etc...

The security services must read Nineteen Eight-Four and chuckle at how Naive it is.

"You Must Drive This - /BIG MUSCLE"

Don't know why I love this but would be a nightmare to legally drive this in the UK surely? Or to be legal would spoil to look or the idea of the car!
