That's three a sausage deep hole. Sorry it's not a manicured lawn, I'll fire the gardener and get one that takes better care of our area.

30 seconds tops, stop car, get out, open boot, collect tools, walk to doomed area, set down tools, drill hole, wiggle the drill about a bit, take photo, take out drill,l put in first sausage then hit with hammer, repeat this three times, take pictures, clear up sausage bag and tools, retreat to car put tools back into the boot then drive off, hoping now one saw me.

Added depth=s more destruction.. the more you hit them the more they go flat at the top and bits break off.

No cats round my way. All indoor pedigrees. I'll chuck a hand full of cat biscuits down as a teaser.

Well something has been nibbling over the past couple of hours. This bit is beside my garage. The communal bit will be investigated a little later. It's dinner now which ironically is sausages. Not tescos value ones.

Would probably break before it went fully into the ground. Might experiment digging out a small hole and laying a load of cocktail sausages in and covering it up again. that'll have to be monday or tuesday though.

this is the level of mass destruction, it's not what I think we where hoping for. One sausage gone.

That's the communal grass area. The piece by my garage is untouched since last night.

Going on the results so far id say it'll probably only be any good for golf greens. Or it could be that it was bloody cold last night and the local wildlife don't like getting cold.

I now have a problem. If the wildlife don't dig them out then i will have to. Some of them are a foot deep and I'm sure they won't just slide out.

Small update, my lad just saw some birds pecking the sausage plot. I wonder now if its birds that have been nibbling as well.
Next week i,ll flatten another area next to the garage bury some more sausages and lay an area of sand down so we can see foot prints of whats eating them.
