What if i put some of the lovely cumberlands from last nights dinner into a fresh hole, maybe next to a frozen one for comparison. This will definitely have to be done monday morning, wife has other plans this weekend that do not include gardens drills hammers and value sausages..

Area next to my garage. Its a bit of waste land at the moment. next year it'll be a drive way for a couple of cars or my track slag if i can convince the wife...

I'm only wrecking a bit of land which will be dug out in the spring, the gardener can fix the communal garden smile

Just got back from shopping, I can report no activity on my plot. Can't check the communal garden as the people nearest it are outside chatting, didn't want them to see me stomping across the lawn by torchlight to look for destruction. They'll think I'm a nutter;)

Just got in after an evening out. A slight nibble on the slanted sausage in the hole on the land next to my garage and nothing on the communal green or the old flower bed. I'll report back in the morning.

Theres nothing to report,no further damage to any areas. Im very disappointed, but it was very cold last night. Ill clear one last area plant the cumberlands I've saved and level the area with sand.

Just had a quick check on my plot, a small amount off the angled sausage has gone. But it's very cold tonight so I expect no more activity. Will check in tomorrow morning.

It'll have to be tomorrow with the Cumberlands, I've got no sand to spread around. I'm thinking about putting a couple of my sons peperami snacks in as well. The wife asked me today when am I going to dig up the rotting sausages that are left. This is not going to be a nice job. Meat that's been in the ground for a week. Yuck.

Ive just been out to the communal garden, the second sausage from the hole has been munched. Theres not a huge amount of disturbed soil.

Ive just had a look at the plot next to garage, the hole no2 has been attacked no sausages left, just a small crater. hopefully the mass destruction will happen tonight, I've dumped the sand idea and slipped the cumberland down the freshly drilled hole, plus a peperami was rammed into the middle of the sausage to wedge it tight.

Bad news. The Cumberland/peperami combo is still untouched. I even microwaved it before I inserted it.

Sorry for not updating the sausage saga, my lad was in a musical production at school, and this has taken a lot of my weekend.
Nothing has been disturbed in the gardens,so I'm calling a break till late spring/summer. No seagulls our way, has to be rats or foxes.
