I also feel a duty of care to point out that £1.25m a year does not equate to taking home £100k each month. I'd imagine with dividend etc it works out to be considerably more

You do realise how education, business and experience work don't you? How much revenue does a floor worker bring in and how much does a good CEO bring in with experience, knowledge, contacts and understanding corporate affairs, tax and commerciality?

You think the best possible person for a billion pound business should earn 5 or 6 times the minimum wage?
