I find the Opie Oils recommendation thread pretty cringeworthy.
I could understand if you're running something special, old or very obscure. But there's people asking for advise on what oil to use in some run-off-the-mill normal every day cars, who seem to think their driving style is unique and need a special oil?
I just don't get it - read the fking manual and use whatever it says in there?

Most of the questions can be answered thus: You and your car aren't special - so fk off.
