I feel sorry for her, but more for her kids. I'm not sure why she felt she need to take all that heroin... she obviously seen first hand the effect these things can have yet chose to do it anyway. I think her husband could have done more to get her help before it escalated... he's saying he didn't realise she was using again but I don't believe that for a second.

fk a duck that's ridiculous. My gf likes diamonds a lot but she's not getting 3 months hard work worth of shiny rock should I propose
Remember its 3 months gross salary as well...

Fortunately my wife thought she would feel comfortable from a security perspective with a 3 months of ring on her flipper as it would be a pretty huge rock.

So we just went vintage.

17 years ago I did my bike test because my flat mate had a Ducati monster and I wanted one, 17 years and about a dozen bikes later I still haven't bought one but really want an original first gen M900 Dark just to look at in the garage.

Just sharing...

Similar for me too. I utterly loved the monster, but every time it came to actually considering buying one you had to conclude that the were just a bit st and pointless, sadly.

This thread is like being in a toilet cubicle at work and two members of staff not noticing you and proceeding to slag off other members of the company!

That post was written by someone who's first language isn't English.

Regardless of which, he's simply expressing himself that he enjoys the writings. So yeah, hurl away.

Can anyone say anything positive about Chris Harris without one of you righteous wkers calling it sycophancy?

That looks like English.

But, I'm not sure it is?
I've always wondered how someone can post 20,000 times on a forum, but at least you've cleared that up.

I think the cringeyness is that people expect him to read and reply to their comments, hence the "Chris this, Chris that", and ask him questions that are easily Google-able, just for the satisfaction that Chris actual Harris knows they exist and they can tell their mates that they know him personally. I don't think I've ever seen him reply with something along the lines of "Thanks for the kind words", it's always attempted wit and banter, and, as many on here have witnessed, a sly hint of "I'm obviously more important than you, so my actions are justifiable". I don't mind the guy personally, or his fanboys, but this is just my view on it.

He has a pleasant and easy to listen to voice. He's the radio 2 of car jockies.

The roadsweeper parked on my street thread has a lot going for it - http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Curtain twitching to the point of covert pics of the driver, lots of people repeating VOSA will be interested, posters saying let the tyres down followed by murder accusations and one poster being told his wife and daughter deserve to die if they don't check their tyres before every journey. Not to mention the curses.

I'm on a mobile so can't be bothered to sort quotes but put on the kettle and take out 10 minutes to catch up on some great PH!
