Oh I dunno, I had one irreplaceable possession when I was 15 but even then if someone offered me the choice between someone taking that and someone raping me I'd ask if they want the possession gift wrapped.

This was one of the most "WTF" comments from an OP I've ever read:

The problem for me with the Sub is that A)too many people are wearing it, and B)it seems that SOME of those wearing it have taken out loans or HP in order to buy it so at to "pose". I know a few people on £30-40k pa wearing them and i dont feel that someone on such a basic annual earnings amount should be wearing a £5k watch. There are however guys who have been wearing it since the 70s, who bought it for the right reasons and respect to them.

Watches really do bring the c0ck-knocker out in some people, don't they?

Also, how do you pose with a watch? Slide one sleeve up to display your pride and joy, or remain symmetrical and slide the other up to show your gold sovereign bracelet. Heavy, naturally.

Apparently people on £30k-£40k live in bedsits?

Anyway, whilst on Amazon I spotted this on their daily deals:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Stuhrling-Original-Emperor...

I've been half tempted to post it in the watch forum asking for opinions.

Watches do have the ability to bring out the cock-knocker in some people.

Yeah, I wouldn't blanket every watch lover with that description, although some do think it is a trinket that suggests they've 'made it' and display it as such. He is a 'lol troll' though, so will get caught on the internet by his mum when he should be asleep. That'll end it.

Sounds like it is his "bird" having the lucky escape, Christ knows I'd drink if I had spend time in his company if he is the same in real life as on here.

Can't remeber what the thread was but he posted some stuff up about his age and a few other random bits not long after he joined and it just never rung true. Either that or he's definitely the weird kid in his year at school.
