I thought it was a joke thread at first, how wrong I was.

This one stood out for me:

Same as my car.

Sleek black bodywork
Great rear end
Purrs when turned on.
Responsive to the touch
Looks good topless
Dual airbags
Covered in Black leather
Expensive to maintain
Enjoys being taken for a ride.

more than this gem?

That's a different kind of cringe. "Obedient" is a quality I look for in a dog, not a woman.

Size four is either horribly anorexic if using uk sizes or something like 16 ish if size 4 USA converted to English.
So she's a fatty or a stick ?

That's just weird. Why would you try and organise that on a public forum?

Really? You surprise me
"Imagine telling people you own a Maserati" is pretty cringeworthy in my opinion.

Even if you do find it cringeworthy. why not just ignore it? It's hardly crime of the century and what's wrong with having pride in your car on a car enthusiasts website. It just derails the thread which will no doubt turn into a slanging match now. All the posts were helpful and on topic.

I'd like to imagine telling people I had a masterati rather than a ford.

So you are talking about cars and somebody asks what car you drive and you own a Maserati you wouldn't tell them?

There is a difference between boasting and being honest. Having nice things is nothing to be ashamed about.

Have you thought that his last line of the post might have been not that serious?
