More ass-hattery in the Watch thread which very much remains the territory of utter and total aholes.

Even by PH standards, there are some utter tts in the Watch thread. http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
"your a troll......and by the way, I don't believe your figures, I think you just made them up to suit your purpose.....but I fell into your trap, so stupid me ......enjoy your new style TAG in Jan with your fabulous profit "
Then the OP posted the link to the auction where it sold for exactly what he said it did.
So he moves onto insulting someone else.
He really is a bizarre little man from what I have seen. The sort of character that Matt Lucas would reject in a Little Britain script meeting as being too far fetched and unlikeable.
This is warming up nicely to be a complete clusterfk of a thread.

Yes - then he moved onto insulting me. The most powerful insult he could muster was that I was an idiot (I'm not) who bought a TAG (I didn't I have a Seiko as I'm cheap).

I post on the watch forums a bit, I hope this doesn't make me a bell end That Michael Gould character does come across as extremely rude and childish if people aren't congratulating him on his wife's latest purchase. He really is a bizarre little man from what I have seen. Hey Mr Mog, everyone needs to know the time; it doesn't make you a bellend. Even Mr Gould needs to know the time, so he can get his wife's tea on.northwest monkey said:

By that logic, PH as a whole is full of gigantic bellends, because in every subforum, you'll find examples of such.
With the exception of a couple of abrasive characters, the watch forum is among the friendliest on PH, with minimal aggro.

I'm looking at that sub forum, and just waiting for a PP 6002 Sky Moon Tourbillon owner to arrive. That will be like dividing by zero.
They're not watches they're time pieces and they have things called complications (can be written as date or alarm). Most important of all though is that when you take your wrist selfie you have the right car knob in the background...
Shame this is in the finance section and not the lounge, I think it would have legs.

And you don't 'wear' a watch, but instead you give it 'wrist time'. Most important of all though is that when you take your wrist selfie you have the right car knob in the background...

However I think the Teaspoon thread is supposed to be tongue-in-cheek but some of the posts are so detailed and convincing that I'm not 100% sure

I saw that thread title on 'What's New' and studiously ignored it. When I saw this, I had to check it out. You're right. It should be in the lounge.http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
