"Sorry hun, I might be a bit late. Remember that time I had breakfast with the guy in the workie van, and that other chap that spent ten minutes drifting about the village in his wifes Jag? Well I'm going to Govan for breakfast with them. Yes, I'll try not to get stabbed or get a black eye, anything like that"

Doubtful.

Good to be home, house smelling of fresh paint (Mrs Champers booked our most trusted decorator to do downstairs whilst we were awaysmile Hall, staircase and landing to follow this week, gave him the day off today, whilst we re-acclimatised).

Lurked a little while away (Mrs Champers' ipad) Battert and Tisnart hehe

Peaches and nastiness and general vituperousness nonofrown

Because there is fk all in Nethybridge, the land is in the northern shadow of aviemore (Cairngorms) so it'll be rocky and will flood when the snow melts.

I stayed in Nethybridge a few months back. The hotel was pretty much all that was there and it was like the Shining.

Lots of land, fook all for miles and miles and miles

And then there's the midges, the midges are really really mental.

Honestly though, great buy, you could spend 300k building a spectacular property on the site and you then have a 500 acre back garden with sporting rights. All for the price of a flat in London. Really is crazy when you think about it
