Perhaps it's designed to go backwards? smile
No-one wrote LF or RF on the tyres.... well I guess it happens all the time in F1..... Least it wasnt a front on the rear as Ive seen happen in races before!

Not quite what the thread was meant for but...

Somebody got a splash of paint on the floor in B&Q today

I was just walking past when it happened and I had to rush to get out of the way!

I did chuckle of course
And what's the point of that hi-vis vest the middle one is wearing? It's no higher vis that the bright orange aprons all the rest of the staff have on.

I'm hoping it's not! If we're right then you've got to congratulate the poster.

Just spotted this on an advert - why go to the trouble of 'facing' the seats either way, but not position the turnwheel symmetrically?

Naughty Porsche people.

Because the thumb wheel / switch are one thing and the symbols are laser etched on so easily reversed for no cost.
Swapping the button and thumb wheel over would be a whole lot of new mouldings and innards tooling, plus testing, validation.....etc

Why not invert the switch? Swap the leads over, it now works in reverse. I know, it's far, far more complex...but I'm almost tempted to get access to one to have a fiddle.

One for the OCD people wink . The dash and centre console on the new Astra: The air vents either side of the screen are not symmetrical, then the AC controls below the screen and media unit buttons aren't central.

I don't know about those particular setup, but often the thumbwheels have a circuit inside them, so it'd involve changing all that, and 99.9% of the population wont notice / don't care.

Wouldn't they look more central when sat in the driving seat?
