I must be tired - that took me far too long to see the problem...

It always annoys me that the glass partitions on most showers are a) too low and b) too short. I've never been able to shower without soaking the bathroom when all that's there to prevent it is a glass panel.

I hate it when people stick M badges of the wrong size just *anywhere* on the boot.

Actually, I hate it when people stick M badges on cars that are not M or MPM (M-Performance Model)

Me too - I studied the tiles looking for the odd one before eventually realising what was wrong!

Yep! My last house's bathroom had a screen with a swing-away transverse glass panel across the bath too. All from Bath Store in about 2008.

Can't be that. You would always start with a full tile from bath up.

There must be something obvious I'm missing. Unless it's just power overall tiling?

From what I can see, 3 main tiles in from the left and the border tile has two blocks of browny sets next to each other, when the pattern has been alternate with beige (I think!)

Look at the middle line (don't know the correct term), third large tile in from the left.

Third row of tiles from the left, look at the line of "border" inserts/tiles and the spacing.

Taken by me, looking up. Why.......?

If this was for expansion should it not be a slight bend out then back in , in the same length of pipe ? Like what is known as a swan neck, this is what used to be done on old lead pipes when it comes out of the cast water main foe ground movement

Space has probably been left for later installation of a ceiling hung gas heater.

Given the massive gas pipe adjacent ???

Not the fact that he's randomly done a double patterned one about 15 in from the left??! (patterned tile number 14 and 15)

PHer Mattfuey's foot, first observed on the "Caturday" thread, apparently the right foot has "left" on it just to complete the agony. This would irritate me so much every time I took my socks off - would probably need to amputate!
