Did you know on the A10 warthog they had to offset the cannon on the nose so that it fired along the center line of the plane exactly as the recoil was so fierce it would turn the plane slightly, so the following rounds would not be on target.

Just before the first Gulf War, we used to be able to look out of our school English class window down at these A10's doing live firing runs on the beach bombing range. The noise was just an ultra-quick staccato with a puff of smoke visible. Nearly all the kids in the area had souvenirs in the form of various sized shell casings dropped from aircraft.

What annoys me about that is the number plate logo is not that it's vertical but that it is the wrong vertical. Books on a shelf nearly always require you to lean your heard right so you are reading top to bottom. You don't read bottom to top.

There are a multitude of things in there, depending on how pedantic one's feeling, but what annoys me is that in these press shots the rear view mirrors are often aligned straight on to the camera.

I don't know why Mercedes insist on doing this - its horrible.

It might be one of the reasons I never buy a C63.

meh - that's livable to be honest. It's the off-set vents that get me (same in the SLK)

Bingo. It was the first thing I noticed and it is present on all the other athletes photos. These were meant to be professional photos and they left that there.
