That's right yes

Stupid small piece of erroneous plastic. When you open the rear door it'll be there like a blot on the landscape. A carbuncle. A sad, sad testimony to poor design.

I take your point, and once I get a photo, have a cracker to pop up, but for this one, I think they were trying to add a protector to the door and blend it in. In that regard, it works a lot better than some door protection afterthoughts.

I should also add it took me a while to realise it wasn't annoying because the car in the advert was conspicuously different in each pick. That was setting off warning bells!

Looks like bike rails to the right.

Why not just put the top box central and a bike either side?

Bit of a pain to remove a bike every time you want access to the box, I expect.

Getting stuff in and out of a mid mounted box on a high car is awkward. Much easier when its one one side.

Not dissimilar to a gents khazi I used to frequent at Morts in Wichita, only there it was simply a room with one pisser and one stter, and no lock.

Normally done by cleaners to put people off doing No2s.

With a bike on the nearest rail, you're not going to be able to open the box more than a gnat's knacker anyway.
