Guys, I'm not sure why we're discussing that an S looks a bit like an N (even though it's just an S) when the point of the picture was surely the incorrect placement of both a wifi signal symbol and a 3G symbol symultaneously...

o it doesn't. The bottom one is an S, the font is one of those military styled ones that makes it look like an N, especially when it's blurry too!
Yeah, "one of those military style S's, ones that make it look like an N."

Does this look like an N?

Does this one?

The top one is from my Macbook, the second, an iPhone. Both are clearly not N's. The original, however;

That is an N. For it to be an S it would have to be the other way around.
Guys, I've just stared at these images for 3 minutes and the N bit it the diagaonal part of the S, with the thinner curving parts behing obscured by terrible pixalation. You can just make out the ends of said curves.

Please move on...

They seem to be quite common these quilt covers. Here is another one that clearly shows "S". Shame its not the same design.

I really didn't mean to turn this thread in to a discussion about the N/S situation. I had just woken up, hadn't engaged my brain yet, was thinking very hard about something that was totally irrelevant and I was quite enjoying the once daily posts from the other chap. It has gone too far.

biggrin

You have teenagers, who are forced to help wash up and put away, and really don't give a st.

I feel your pain.

Is that an off centre 5th parking sensor? The rain spots make it awkward to see.
