Numberplate not straight, boot badge, window sticker and aerial aren't on the centre line (might be photo angle for those latter ones)

Is that an off centre 5th parking sensor? The rain spots make it awkward to see.
Its the lights.

Right hand side - 2. On the left there's a third lower light that completely wrecks the whole back end of the car.

What the the advantage of it? Just seems to be over-engineered technology for the sake of it.

Seems as though you wouldn't get a build up of mud in the forks when off-roading.
I like them because I was able to get an older model Cannondale with normal forks (albeit single air shock in the forks)for half price.

I saw similar yesterday on a Ford S-Max, plus its twin exit exhausts, one either side, were on the cock. Irked me. irked
You weren't around in the sixties and seventies then when Jaguar were unable (or contractually obliged not) to align the curvy exhausts on the entire XJ range...?

Have you ever looked at a Climax or DFV powered V8 F1 car from the 60s and 70s with top-mounted exhausts? Obviously, because the cylinders are staggered in each bank, it means one set of serpentine exhausts is just a tad longer than the other - and they can't trim them the same as it would then give and unequal gas flow for the engine which hurts power.

On a similar note, the Lotus 38 Indycar with special unequal suspension for ovals...

The numberplate position would drive me insane, even if I was driving it. I may not be able to see it but I'd know it was there.

And for a similar reason...

...although I got rounded on for pointing it out in the news thead.

Yes I know it's a nod to previous models, but by doing it you've ruined the back of the car...

The main advantage is (was) the ability to change tire without having to remove the wheel and mess-up with the disc/caliper alignment. Then the weight saving (introduced in 2002 X-country WC, with victory in all categories!) and lack of mud build-up. Maybe not for the OCDs, but one of the best MTB forks ever built.

I think he may be seeing water drops. I am sure the issue with this car is the number plate. It's my issue anyway
