Seen at Castle Malaprop:-

How can one be 'liable to prosecution' as well? Is it possible to be liable to something that does not exist as a physical thing?
Well the 'offenders' can be liable as by being labelled as the offender they will have comitted an offence. In this case the offence is defacing the wall.

And it's badly centred. That does my head in the most. Clearly, the 18 year old barman on £5.03 an hour doesn't give a st.

And the "---" between the courses doesn't line up.

Can you tell me the name of the establshment please? Just so I can put them on the "NEVER VISIT" list. Such lackadaisical attitudes towards the menu, the first thing customers see, makes me think I'll DEFINITELY find a pube in my prawn cocktail.

Suspect that if any PHer visits there from now on they'd find a pube in their prawn cocktail whether they pointed out the errors or not.

I presume it should actually be a 16x2 display (X-axis should be listed first?) confused

..."LCD" is the abbreviation for "Liquid Crystal Display" so the full word "Display" after the "LCD" is entirely redundant. Superfluous, if you will.

See also ATM machine, etc, etc...
