They all appear to be (historically) in the same areas.

Is this because they're the areas where seismic activity is monitored, or are they the areas of greatest seismic activity in GB?

There is a fault line around charnwood forest bradgate park area Leicestershire that's usually responsible.

Yep - around 7.07am and felt v strange. Having experienced a good number of 5+'s in California, it felt like an earthquake but I just couldn't comprehend having one in Rutland!

There's lots of earthquakes happening in New Ollerton because the bike park at Sherwood Pines just down the road has some ok jumps. Every time someone gets some big air and lands hard they make the ground shake.
