I'm positive I felt one in Cheltenham last night sometime around 10.45. Bed shook but could have just been a lorry going past?!

ETA: But nothing on BGS website. Maybe it was the neighbours getting fruity.

Oh great, what with "increased winds" making us specify mechanically fixed ridges and hips, and doubled up fixings tiles in a certain location, I bet I now have to start doing Earthquake proof buildings. Even though I'm in the Southwest...

Oh no! I loved that boozer. Not been properly back to Stamford in a long time. A fuel stop at the Ex Forsythe and Ferriers Vauxall garage last year doesn't count.

Felt it near Spalding.

As with the other earthquake in 2008, I was on the toilet. smile

Epicentre was 1.3miles from my house, definitely bigger than the ones last year.

It was a real house shaker, I'm 4 miles away from Cottesmore. It sounded as though a train passed under the house, a really strange experience
