Yes, I saw that and resisted the urge to respond.

We could make him Honorary Humour Consultant and run all proposed mild gags past him to see if they pass muster.

No work for me tomorrow, but no playmates around, so I may do work from home instead.

Tonight was another venture into grown up dating. Date two with the weirdo beardo. There won't be a third.

The Kelloggs equivalent of Sugar Puffs for breakfast for me smile I forget what they're called, I threw away the little Variety Pack box.

Been at work since 0635. Have had a tea made for me.

Went to make me porage and there isn't enough milk. How rude.

Will have to wait til 0800 when Waitrose opens. This vexes me.

i have woken up after a very rough nights sleep with shivers, bone ache and a throat infection/soft palette pain that is absolute murder.

Starting the day with Vexatious Porridge is never a good move.

In fact, none of their live albums should be tackled before lunch. The studio albums are far easier to digest.

Most of the quack medicines I look at for coughs/colds/scrubby holes/pimples on the belly contain almost exclusively paracetamol. Go straight for the paracetamol is my advice. Cut out the middle man. Hope you feel better soonish, VF. Keep us posted.

I woke up a couple of times soaking with sweat. Literally dripping from head to toe. Not pleasant.

I'm not ill and my room is always cool. Did have some pretty weird deems though.

eta

Weird 'dreams' too.
