I just spent an hour walking through a thunderstorm in order to get some Brylcreem. I'm cold and wet but now I can have great hair.

That's like one of those aid adverts on TV. "little Classic Motor-Nut has to walk through some rain sometimes, just to bring Brylcreem to the family home."

I'll stick to four wheels... and save up for a V8 Atom

ION: That boat still isn't masked... Tuesday at the earliest, cutting wood panels to shield windows, electronics and various other fragile (expensive) components is time consuming grumpy

IOON: it's the weekend... I have the boxset of Futurama (Season 7), a bottle of stag and fk all to do woohoo a weekend off biggrin

That's the Eventer. Lovely thing, 40-80k these days though.

Mine is a Spider, Lynx was making the convertible 10 years before the factory.

One of two to this spec, apparently.

Niiiiice!

You'll need a 126 for a daily driver now.

I'm looking at maybe November now for my epic adventure. Will keep you posted on progress/viability/problems.

That XJS looks fantastic!

I've been thinking about getting a decent, late six cylinder one as a modern classic. My father had one in the '90s. It was a lovely car. His was a V12 though.

I know that yours is a V12, I meant that his was a V12 but I will probably have a 6.

I wonder if the XJR supercharged 6 is ever fitted into these...
