Ok, so I was in town looking for a Blazer for summer.

Bumped into a PHer, sacked off the boat shoe hunt, and had some beers.

Then we saw this

What the juddering fk is that all about.

I can understand the fun of dressing in a fur costume. Disney and Chessington pay people to do it. But "YIFF" is going too far. I mean, doesn't it get all sticky?

So this is a "thing"??

Are there threads on mumsnet

"How do I get the jizz out of my fur"

In fairness there was a small one with purple hair who looked like a) stloads of filthy fun, but b) not interested in my blazer

SERIOUSLY?

Why didn't you just go over and ask them?

What the juddering fk is wrong with the world when kids are losing limbs in wars over which they have no control nor interest, yet mighty PHers feels the need to criticise people pursuing an apparently harmless activity?

Oh yeah, now I remember - we're all so worried about everything, it means that no one is allowed to have any fun any more rolleyes

ETA:Sorry I forgot to ask, did you find yourself a nice new blazer or did those people in costume traumatise you so much that you decided it was safer to run back home?

Hmm. I hope it wasn't to the ginger bloke.

That would be sick or alternative.

Ha chill out. I'll live and let live.

If you can't spot sarcasm about blazers and boatshoes you don't deserve the internet.

Happy in thair own world, as I will ve on a PH meet tomorrow...

But dressing in furry costumes in Leeds is pretty out there, and worth PH fodder.

Where's the daisys and spliff smiley?

To be fair, The Excession does have a point.

You were there right next to the people in question, why didn't you ask them "what the juddering fk" they were doing instead of waiting and posting the same question on PH?

p.s it's here --> hippy

Tbh I did, but starting a thread about people in fur in a city centre with a balanced dialogue about why they do it wouldn't be much fun.

TBH I just got told to take my hoodie off at a swanky bar... I'm wearing trainers that I would usually reserve for a day where I knew I would end up in a river.

I expect there's some ahole posting about the chav who just tried to get into a bar reserved for blazers and boatshoes... (have you been here long enough to remeber "boatshoeheads"?) But I'd get over it... as much as I would if I wore a werewolf outfit to weatherspoons in Leeds on saturday afternoon.

So lighten up??

Its ok if you have a fur fetish. But it's still worth taking the piss.
