Drank so much beer that my farts smells like beer.
+1,000,000 man points.Just remembered, got g/fs car back from the accident repair shop today.
They've made a great job of it and have fitted a new bumper rather than repairing the old one like they said they would.
More relief and happy really.
Getting a job offer for about twice my current wage after a highly competitive two and a half month interview process.
And the missus only wanted to go to Pizza Hut to have a quiet dinner, where they forgot some of the drinks on the bill. Got a good tip though.
Thoughts of going camping with friends tomorrow for two nights.
Happy as a pig in sh.. erm clover.

If ever anyone has a major victory in life they make a thread about it so I thought I'd start one about those little things that may not deserve their own thread but are worthy in helping you through the day.
Mine.
Today a Spitfire flew overhead. That noise always cheers me up.

My minor victory was as small as driving my week old car to work

We shipped out the first Trent XWB today. The Spit flew over to add to the fanfare. Today marks the day of the 73rd anniversary of the first British jet aircraft flight - much publicised in the internal comms.
Blimey, you've been faffing about with that for a long time haven't you. It's only a posh T1000* afterall. Edited by sebhaque on Thursday 15th May 20:23
