hehe I'd definitely piss myself in the office for £800, it's only a bit water ffs

A point to mention is that I've just read the op out loud and my mother has just said "that's just the sort of thing you and your idiots would do"
You still live with your mother. Gosh. There's a surprise.
And? What's your point? Was that supposed to be funny? Or a witty comment?

FYI I split with my ex and didn't have a choice, not that it's got anything to do with the situation.
My point was that the maturity level of someone who doesn't see anything odd about someone deliberately pissing themselves in a business meeting fits quite well with the notion of a teenager living at home with their mum.

Not sure where I said it wasn't odd? Just said for £800, I'd go ahead with it. Suppose it would depend how important the meeting was?

Then again, I do more strange things than the average person I guess?

ETA Just to make it perfectly clear, I wouldn't do it for a dare, if that makes it any better. hehe

Now, now chaps, let's all stay friends!

I've only told things as they are. When I started working here I was very surprised at the number of silly and outrageous pranks that these guys undertook. I've no idea whether senior managers know about what goes or how they react, if they do know. But I would be stunned if they sacked someone for something like that.

The fact that he hasn't been seen for the last two days suggests that he's feeling pretty embarrassed about what happened. To be honest, he'd probably have been better off doing what he was supposed to do, rather than it turning out as it did.

I'm sure he'll be back, as brash as ever and they'll all be ready for another "challenge" although maybe some lessons have been learned.

I've also got a funny feeling he won't be completely denied at least some of the money!

Seems like he met them close enough to be paid surely?
Is that like being " a bit pregnant"?
He agreed to the rules, didn't adhere to them, that's a miss.

I know he got a few quid out of it. And that also, apparantly, the ladies loved them!
It was a millionaire Vegas gambler and he and his mate bet each other ludicrous amounts of money to do silly things. This included living in his mates toilet for a week. One of the few bets he said he lost after his mate went on a 'special' diet to add to the flavour.
Anyway his mate bet him $1m to have 36c implants for a year. He won the bet and kept the titties after 'cos he said the ladies loved them and he'd never had so much sex.
I would love to say this puts pissing yourself for £800 into insignificance but I think I'd rather have some bolt ons than wet myself in front of senior management; especially if $1m was involved.
Just saying....

He was back today as expected, quite chipper although seemingly still a bit embarrassed about what happened. He told a couple of them that his biggest error was not telling his girlfriend because he was going to surprise her with the cash windfall. So, when he got back early he had to work out what he was going to say.

Anyway, as I thought, it now looks like he might get a part of the agreed amount.
