People who "bib" their horn. No, you tt, you pip it or honk it. Bibs are for babies.
Onomatopoeiacaly (sp?), 'bib' make more sense that either of the ones you quote.
Onomatopoeiacally it's no closer to the actual sound a horn makes than pip. Peeeeeep is probably closer. Paaaaaaarrp, possibly.
But it's not really onomatopoeias anyway, and you don't "bib" your horn, it's just the wrong word.

The Corvette team at Le Mans had air horns - American locomotive air horns.

Too loud, man.

One that really annoys me is "Cup of tea". Why not just tea? Why does it always have to be "cup of"?
Oh, sorry I thought you wanted it in a glass.

Trackwork. Usually uttered by tts who think they're really fast on bikes, but aren't.

"We're going to grow the business."

I don't really know why it annoys me. It may well be grammatically correct but, instead of improving an established business, it just sounds as though they have bought a bag of seeds and are woefully unprepared for the challenges ahead.

Can I get? as in "Can I get a Peroni?" when asking at the bar. No idea why but this fks me off every time I hear it.

Presumably because "tea" is also commonly used to refer to an afternoon meal thus its to avoid confusion as to which you are offering?

My hatred is for the phrase "fish supper". I cannot describe the extent of my totally irrational hatred of that, in fact I can't even explain what (if anything) is wrong with it at all, but it makes me actually boil when I hear fish and chips referred to in that way.

Oh yes! Fish supper, usually with a Scottish accent because that's what my sister in law's Glaswegian husband says: "fush supperrr". What fish? Why 'supper' for God's sake. What's wrong with cod and chips?

On a related note, and also irrational, anyone who says 'Pish'. Normally Scotch, for some reason. Maybe they're trying to get round an aural swear-filter?

aka "I haven't got a fking scooby what I actually need or want you to do, but by putting this I think I sound like I do and possibly cover my arse"

I sometimes reply with, "what is the needful you need me to do?". Usually keeps 'em quiet for a few days.

I loathe this too. I usually reply with, "I don't know, can you?" and a wry smile.
