This is just annoying rather than making my skin crawl, but what about those who refer to state schools as public schools?
Or those who refer to their possessions by brand names (my BMW, my iPod etc.).

Does anyone call their iPod their 'MP3 player'?

"Has anyone seen my MP3 player?"

"Huh? Your iPod is over there, if that's what you mean."

How about 'Strategic Team Group Limited' for a company name.

I laugh to myself every time I see one of their vans.

I can't be bothered to check what they do as a business, I just know I'd never go anywhere near them based upon the name alone.
I've just searched for the company on Google as I had never heard of it before and I read this:

"Through our commitment to the delivery of sustainable solutions and the reduction of the carbon footprint in the built environment, we have developed significant expertise in energy-saving and renewable energy technologies. Utilising innovative methods, materials and products, we constantly seek to improve the environmental performance of customers' buildings, reducing running costs for decades to come."

It gets better!
This van was parked in a residential street. I obscured the name so you couldn't look them up - what do they do?

Another americanism which has taken over recentley - people describing brake, oil, and petrol pipes as 'lines'.
As a previous poster said, any business name with the word 'solutions'
also numbers and single letters being used instead of full words eg. 2u and 4u.
Another irritating phrase becoming more common on company vans now is 'rapid response team'
