14 years, wow, half my age

Passed GCSE's
Passed driving test!!
Passed A Level's
Went to Uni for 3 months, drank lots, partied more, left uni
Went to work
Went through far too many jobs

Found my calling, the perfect GF (future wife if I have my way)

Bought and sold around 120 cars?

Still have 4 cars, 2 caravans, and a boat, and found my calling in employment. Now earn a comfortable wage (never be a Goatee'd PH Director though), but I live a very comfortable life!

Got divorced, met current wife, got married, acquired 3 children, bought a Volvo, helped generate 2 more children, refurbished late uncle-in-law's and sold for a tidy profit, realised Volvos are the way forward and bought another one, and now I'm here. I think I may also have drunk some wine and eaten some peanuts along the way.

Seen my sons go from 4 & 2 to 18 & 16. Gone from celebrating my 13th wedding anniversary to celebrating my 27th. Watched Chelsea win 3 premier leagues, 5 FA cups, and a Champions league. Probably done some other stuff too but nothing important.

Well I turned 18 in the year 2000, so basically all my adult life, up until this point. Posting on a car forum on a Saturday night.

The one constant has been my lovely wife, who I met in December 2000. We stayed together despite me being at boarding school during sixth form, then working overseas for 18 months, then different Unis. We got married in 2009, and just had our first child earlier this year.

So yeah, a pretty good millenium so far. biggrin

Designed/had built our house

Stupidly left school, got a job, then swiftly got another job which I still have.
Gained a wife and 3 kids, and a house which I don't live in. And about 2 stone.
Lived abroad for two years, and spent some short periods in various hot dusty stholes.

Made a million or 2
Blew a million or 2
Fell in love
Blew that too
Broken 16 bones
Fixed those
Junked a career I hated
Joined a start up
Learned to wake up smiling again
Moved house 9 times
Lost my driving licence
Got arrested a few times
Travelled the world
Consumed enough alcohol to kill an African tribe
Somehow avoided catching any STDs
Forgotten the names of half of the people I should remember
Made the national news in 6 countries, not in a good way
Made loads of friends, made less enemies

Blah blah blah can't be arsed to type any more...
