one of our neighbours has two daughters in the mid to late teens

pretty much everytime there is a full moon they have massive rows - eventually it calms down when the grandparents come round to sort em out

very odd
My stepmum answers the calls for the non emergency 101 number, she says that it is always worse when there is a full moon.

If you go back a bit you'll see my posts re tenants and weird ways.

Visited a Hse a few weeks back: carpet laid out and rotted into the grass

And a giant swimming pool: stagnant water obviously , but a massive dome tent sat in it, sodden as some sort of weird covered structure

You'd get Ebola if you dipped yr feet near it

Oh and all landing and hall walls painted black. Staircase clad in Lino and the bath trap waste missing for seven years.

If they actually washed ( I doubt) the water poured through hall ceiling.

Size of family? Well nine people in that Hse. That's nine people clearly with no pattern of actually washing.

Apols for typing. On mobile

The chavvy older couple on the other side are always arguing but are generally asleep by 10pm so we don't have a huge problem with them bar the odd stick or dog toy being thrown over the fence. He does have a large shed at the bottom of his back garden which is completely surrounded by a 6ft high fence. One panel is removable and he'll sometimes work in there all day pumping out crap early 90s drum and bass. No idea what he does in there or why he fences it off.

That needs investigating.

He has done that with no regard to his neighbours rights or wishes and Birmingham Council appear to have supported him.

What a horrible and greedy little man Mohammed Nazir is!

ha that didn't even occur to me. I assumed it was related to the housing association posts that were earlier in the thread, or something like that.

Did he shell out for one?

I think you need to flesh out your story a little.
