School Term Ends: What Toys did YOU take in on last few days

Was only ever allowed to take in games on the last day of term before the Christmas break, never did anything for summer.

I was never a popular child at school, however that one day of the year was great as I'd bring in my collection of table-top games



I also remember being embarrassed when I was 11 as I'd stuffed my bag full of these for the last day of term as normal to discover that no-one brought things in at 11, we were all supposed to be too cool for that sort of thing by then however I never got the memo.

Took my Philips N2225 to school (Fan Court School, Longcross) on the last day of term in 1974, head teacher interviewed the class on their opinions of stuff. No longer have the recorder, still have the tape though.
