I half-remember a story about her father visiting her while she was in the Army vehicle maintenance team (can't remember the correct name). She was trying to get the vehicle she was proudly working on started, but it wouldn't. She didn't know her father had removed the distributor...

So I would imagine that his sense of humour would've been passed down.

Perhaps they were getting her in shot, you've gotta be pretty fking dense to not notice the Queen in your vicinity.

Edit: oh yeah, not a photo bomb technically. But I think not deliberately having her smiling and facing the camera.
