Looks like the truck didn't even slow down.

Those trucks have quite large front ends and it looks like he hit the wheels of the trailer so I am sure he would have been ok, if a little shaken.

I've seen some videos of newer trucks braking (ABS+TC equipped) and they are hugely effective at stopping quickly, i don't think that the other driver reacted to it.

to be honest I don't know how to mod the gif tag appropriately all I can do is type in the censored word and let you put the appropriate bit in the address... be warned though it is somewhat gross - made me laugh though!

Latest craze in China is for kids to light fireworks and chuck them down manholes. There was another one earlier in the week where a boys brother was blown into the air and down into the now open manhole - he was killed
