you'd have thought Lambo and Ferrari would have sorted this issue by now, there seem to be new incidents every other week
If you watch the youtube vid, it was hinted at the lambo had been modified from standard .... plus the driver was being a bit of a tit, sitting in traffic revving the balls off it.

Modifications - ok fair enough. Revving your car? No way in hell that should cause it to self ignite. That's a design flaw

Sat in traffic, no air flow, overheated ? Not the most brilliant of designs maybe, but it's not the kind of car that was designed for heavy city traffic really. Bit out of it's design sphere.

Lumme. Video and report here: click. Looks like nothing too serious but a close call.

That's where I always crash when playing Grid Autosport. It's worse than the corkscrew at Laguna Seca because at that one you have to slow right down. The Bathurst series of curves can be taken nearly flat out, but there is no margin for error.

David Marshall, Cardiff City's goalkeeper, isn't injured so he probably means New York Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall. On average every NFL player misses at least one game every year due to injury.

Not if it's designed to burst into flames if you sit in traffic and rev the tits off it! smile

I notice the Aventador that caught fire in London last year had the flames start in exactly the same place.

Broken left femur just above the knee from contact with the gearstick (no lateral movement in that sequential gearstick meant contact with it was pretty severe when impacted from the left hand side), and left wrist from contact with the same item.

Interesting that the in-car replay was shown where you could see that.
