I've seen this happen on a 458 Speciale at a trackday, aftermarket exhausts without heat sheilding (or that just run hotter) can melt and then ignite nearby plastics that would have been ok with a stock exhaust. I agree though if that was stock there is no way that should ignite, being revved or not. It really is inexcusable that Lambo et al. don't consider that their customers will do this, its all most of them ever do! Hopefully one day they get sued and to avoid future law suits they impose rev limits to them in neutral.

Nothing else starts moving until after she's closed the door, the cyclists aren't pedalling and the moped looks perfectly timed too. She clearly looks at the van in motion, but doesn't react. Looks like a carefully planned scene.
