20% of the width of the car to be exact. It's a difficult test to do well in, but even so the Challenger performed worse than the Mustang and the Camaro they tested at the same time.

The test condition of "Small Overlap" is and extremely aggresive test. The Challenger suffered as the wheel intruded into the foorwell causing potential damage to lower leg. Full details http://www.autonews.com/article/20160524/OEM11/160...

I totally agree as I am against littering, though I cannot stand street vigilantes like these.
I would not throw a cigarette or anything out of my car.

However in London, I just throw my empty cups of Coffee in the street as there is no bin anymore. Using the excuse of terrorism to limit the number of bins (where it is just to save money) is not acceptable to me.

And it creates jobs in cities....
