Yeah looks fake and there is no pulse in the veins. Plus the hair looks really fake or just it's a ginger and that would explain no pulse and that thing in his neck.

A foot to the left of the 'sculpture' is a building, you can see the road reflected in its window, which finished behind the left post of the sculture, hence you cant see the end of it. The bus is waiting at a junction behind the building.
