is part of the appeal of eastern euro women compared to british women (apart from tending to be skinnier and more attractive) not something to do with their more traditional values? That has good and bad sides surely. Good means they'll do all the cooking and cleaning, bad means they'll expect you to pay for dinner. Can't have it both ways.
My mate used to see a girl from slovakia when he was sharing a house with a number of blokes. She was basically a model... i'd post a pic on here but feels a bit wrong. She would quite happily let herself into their house when they were at work, clean the place top to bottom, cook them all dinner and then leave before they all got back. He dumped her for some reason... never asked why, but he's basically a fool as far as i can tell.

On the flip side of that the Polish girl I've been seeing since September displays very little crazy at all, talks about everything calmly rather than exploding, has no more tears moments than any other female, always pays her way... To the point that if she's staying the weekend she turns up with wine and food and pretty much every other courtesy you'd expect with a decent human being.
She hates me getting pissed, smoking and leading an unhealthy life but the balance is reasonable so I just don't tell her when I'm stfaced.
The only issue with that is if I drunk call her
However I do know far more high maintenance and severely entitled Eastern block women than otherwise, so like any other female, just beware the signs of it and tread carefully until you know them properly.

Like fk are they like that in the main, and any woman who comes round and cleans your house is either mental or has OCD, may as well get a cleaner who won't stab you in your sleep. My mate used to see a girl from slovakia when he was sharing a house with a number of blokes. I will admit I am quite liking the traditional feeling of the male being the lead person, not used to that in a long time, its very old school in a way, and the europeans also seem to prefer guys 5 to 10 years senior to them, I asked her about this and she said thats the way in her home country.
No signs of the mental quite yet, everything else is great and as above, a body like a gymnast is a major bonus, where as the locals of similar age to her all seem to have given up on keeping in shape. Seems the norm then, just wanted to make sure, cheers gents.

I wont bore you with details, but after my parents divorced my Dad married a Ukrainian girl exactly half his age. It did not end well, or cheaply!
Having recently gone through a very very stty divorce (hello darling as her and her solicitor are probably still monitoring my internet usage! including this site) then trust me thats the last route I will take ever again.Any girl half the age of the guy is one to beware of, regardless of their origins, we do like our ego's to be massaged at times though, I imagine there are just as many Shirley Valentines falling for the same spiel.

I've never understood why my last one did that when we broke up (we weren't married and there were no legal claims). But for quite a while I kept getting texts angry about things I had written on several forums.I've come to the conclusion that I am getting old.
In the past, when I fancied girls it would be on basis of a fling, imagining all the possible bedroom activities - just like most other teenagers I suppose.
These days, when I fall for a girl, it's on the basis of thinking how perfect they would be to settle down into a long term relationship with, of all the mutual hobbies and interests we could do together, of simply sharing an a cuddle whilst watching a film on a winters evening. Whilst obviously the physical attraction is still a large part of me fancying someone, only a little bit of my mind thinks randy thoughts about them.
Is it normal to make this thought transition at age 23?

I've come to the conclusion you're wearing age as an affectation. In the past, when I fancied girls it would be on basis of a fling, imagining all the possible bedroom activities - just like most other teenagers I suppose.

Be yourself, your REAL self and it'll change things.

No, but then that's probably a bonus in your mind.In the past, when I fancied girls it would be on basis of a fling, imagining all the possible bedroom activities - just like most other teenagers I suppose.

Perhaps finding someone to bump uglies with who'll tolerate the eccentricity is a good first step, as going the other way round is likely to leave you lusting after Ewok stand-ins...
