What is it with sending "charms" on Happn?! Whilst its flattering to receive them, it baffles me why some people send multiple charms on almost a daily basis. I don't really get the whole concept of trying to charm someone that hasn't matched with you in the first instance, but to send them charms 4 or 5 times over the course of a week is plain odd.

Re the provocative pictures below (and I use the term provocative lightly), whilst I would agree with much of Gretchen's analysis, I am not sure I would go so far as to say she was definitely vanilla. The non-vanilla sorts that frequent various munches often don't look too dissimilar and usually more akin to an Xbox or heavy metal convention than the Marquise de Sade.

My first post in here, the only advise i can give, is if you've got any job along the lines of 'PT, Security, DJ'. Etc.
Try not to put it on your profile, i was doing ok on Tinder (just messaging, nothing more), as soon as i put one of the above job titles (as it's 1 of my 2 jobs). The matches went considerably down!
It's also quite funny matching with someone you know, or see out & about a fair bit!

Why put a job title at all?

If its a ste job it will be unattractive.

If its an impressive job it'll attract gold diggers.

Unless that's your only forte, leave it off.

Agreed. Leave out job title on tinder. Hell, leave out everything. All you need is one (a decent one) picture and that's it.

Save the job titles for POF.

Good date on Monday night, only problem is she doesn't know I slept with her friend a few weeks ago. I didn't know either until last night but put 2 + 2 together. Will definitely be seeing her again though.

Second date with the stripper tonight, she's cooking me dinner which is nice.

Date concluded. Not sure I'll hear from her, or message her again. Seemed to go reasonably well chat wise, despite a small moment of nerves initially on my part.

No spark, and nothing in common.

Well, I met the girl in the photo's last night and what a worthwhile effort it was.

Not a hint of common or dirt, in fact the perfect blend of an attractive, independent girl who is seeking a bit of adventure that was clearly lacking in her past long term relationship. She works as a nurse in the home counties, I asked her who took the pictures and she told me it was her previous partner. She has a few up her sleeve apparently, although from what she told me it was her who had the playful instinct / adventurous side that he seemingly lacked.

So all things considered it looks like I could have the best of both worlds with this, decent conversation by day and a willing partner to have some kinky fun with at night. I am also a complete sucker for any sort of boots, which she wore last night with jeans, and I must admit looked fantastic in them. Nothing has happened yet which re assures me. I hope it does though, I want that view of her beneath me!

Top tip for you Greenish - don't ever let-on that you posted the pictures on a car site.

That aside, good luck.

i might allude to what general area of my career is in, at most... but when i think of previous posters it seems more like:

"assistant senior client data and management information co-ordinator BSc Hons cycling proficiency 10m breaststroke"
