Friend of the OH was always complaining about the type of man she met through online dating, knuckleheaded misogynists looking for conquests basically. I agreed to look at her profile to give a male perspective, the photos were not far off what has just been posted here and the text was full of crappy innuendo.I looked at her messages and noticed that within about 3 messages she'd been sending topless photos.
She was not able to see the link between this behaviour and attracting the type of bloke who'll post photos of her knickers on a car forum.
So if it's a borderline abusive relationship or a one night stand you're after it seems that is indeed what it takes.

I imagine your standards would be a bit higher than some of the guys on here. I find it very sad to read to read some of the comments here which reveal that men are dating or looking for conquests with women whose personalities are of no interest whatsoever. There is no respect or even the slightest concern as to how they treat these ladies. Xjay1337's comment a few pages ago "Probably has self esteem issues. So what" actually quite shocked me.

2. Macho misogynistic comments aplenty with the anonymity cloak of the internet shocker.
The reality is evident when you see the excited responses to a couple of reader's wives pictures of what appears to be a pasty slightly chubby lass in a not very sexy pose.
Each to their own. There is a broad demographic contributing to this thread and several with different agendas.

I don't think that you judging people makes you any better than those guys who go "phwoar, show us yer tits".

well that depends.From my perspective too many women , especially in their 20s, who are pretty, want a good time guy. They can just go and get another one - I think for males it's a lot harder to attract a date, primarily being that the biological purpose of a woman is to attract a male mate to pro-create.
But there are a lot of guys who just want a shag or conquest. Sure the same is true for women.

Indeed. I enjoyed her sneering deconstruction of the tart in the photos, yet at the same time rating highly the gender bender horror-show posted later. Then again, from the photos she's posted of herself elsewhere on this forum it's clear she moves in alternative circle so perhaps that isn't surprising.Not read the whole thread but is it just me or has tinder gone downhill recently?
Last I used it was over a year ago and I got frequent matches and no spam, now I feel like I've swiped through the whole cities female population with very few matches to show.
Admittedly I'm 27 now, and am wondering if I am not making it onto 20 year olds age range. Also most of the matches are spam bots!
Still get a decent reception on a night out so all is not lost, yet.

It's changed a bit apparently (I only joined a year ago, so wouldn't know) but it still works i think.

If you're getting no matches at all, then it's likely you need to improve your profile and photo's at a guess.
